At Blackstar Internet we understand that when you place your order you expect a quick, efficient and cost effective delivery. That’s why we will always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible and inform you at all times if there are any problems with stock availability. We will always inform you of your delivery dates whilst we are processing your orders. Please note that deliveries are Monday to Friday however deliveries within certain areas covered by our couriers may be available on Saturdays.
Can you specify your delivery date?
Yes you can so long as you call and notify us on 01782 279333 after the purchase has been made.
The majority of deliveries are carried out by Interlink Express or Express Dispatch which are both ISO Accredited Transport Companies, however some of our larger and heavier goods may be delivered direct from our manufacturers. In some circumstances, the courier may need assistance in unloading goods from the delivery vehicle. This would include products like our larger widescreen TVs.
